Keeping the aging population safe and well in their own homes is a win-win for everyone involved in health and social care.
CM2000’s ARMED (Advanced Risk Modelling for Early Detection) is now being trialled by Local Authorities and Housing Associations to encourage better self-management, and provide data to facilitate early intervention and prevention.
ARMED combines pioneering predictive analytics modelling with innovative wearable technology, and health and social care data, providing a powerful tool to identify risk indicators, particularly those at risk of falling, earlier in the care cycle.
CM2000’s Director of Preventative Solutions, Brian Brown, will be talking about this innovative solution at the International Technology Enabled Care Conference (iTEC) 2017.
The conference takes place at The ICC (International Convention Centre), in Birmingham on Monday 16th& Tuesday 17th October 2017 under the banner of ‘Putting People First: Practical solutions and inspirational ideas from the experts’.
Delegates can join Brian’s session at the Innovation Stage at 11.45 on Tuesday 17th October.
