This year, CM has seen an increase in Council inhouse and reablement services choosing us to provide rostering, monitoring, care management and a host of other technology solutions to modernise their delivery - and we now have over 84 Councils, plus numerous NHS Trusts, using our solutions.Using technology to plan and record care visits in real-time captures care delivery information, identifies over or under-delivery, safeguards individuals, and allows services be more responsive to changes in Service User needs. That’s why we’ve welcomed one Council reablement service to CM every month in 2018!
Implementing new technology can be daunting, so Councils want a trusted supplier with a proven track record in working with everyone involved to ensure seamless delivery.
CM have recently helped Plymouth Council ensure service monitoring continued during contract transfers. Within a matter of weeks everything was up and running allowing the service to transfer inhouse.
Matthew Fairclough-Kay of Delt Shared Services (Plymouth Council) said:
“CM have done a sterling job; working within tight deadlines for a transfer of critical reablement care services, the team at CM showed agility, drive and commitment to meet the requirements. Delt help people do amazing things and because of our partnership with CM, this project delivered excellence for our professional social care customers and ensured their own service continuity for people in need.”
Carmarthenshire County Council are another of the new customers we’ve welcomed this year. Jonathan Morgan, Head of Homes & Safer Communities said:
“We’re excited about the potential for CM’s technology to automate existing paper-based systems, empower Support Workers with real-time information on their mobile devices, and ensure Service Users receive planned care.”
Our market leading technology and extensive experience in supporting inhouse and reablement services to maximise their use of technology means we are well placed to help you in 2019.
