The Council opted for CM’s CallConfirmLive! solution to modernise their reablement and residential care service and delivery. This announcement follows a competitive tendering process. Using CallConfirmLive! to plan and record care visits in real-time will identify over or under delivery, allowing the Council to be more responsive to changes in Service-User needs.
Carmarthenshire will benefit from a fully electronic system, reducing the need for paper-based systems by providing Support Workers with the latest real time information securely via a mobile device, including Service Users’ key safe numbers and changes to schedules and rosters. The real time information shows hours worked replacing timesheets and associated checks.
Having seen the full suite of technologies available to them, the Council will also be using:
CMBI, CM’s advanced business intelligence tool. Developed to meet Councils’ management reporting needs to support the strategic direction of the Council’s care services. CMBI will provide dynamic and comprehensive management information on care delivery, performance indicators and cost modelling.
Maxcare automatically generates the most efficient care schedule at ‘the click of a button’, based on the Council’s unique objectives and scoring preferences this tool will maximise contact hours by ensuring Support Workers guaranteed hours are fully utilised.
Mileage Wizard module auto calculates mileage claims based on the most efficient route accurately for Support Workers; saving hours of administration.
InForm Assessment Tool, which allows the Council to create custom made forms which can then be completed by Support Workers using a web-enabled device electronically offline. These are stored and saved to be sent back for reporting.
Wellbeing platform allows the Council to record outcomes at the point of delivery. This provides more detailed information on the progress of a Service Users journey through the service.
