Following the successful implementation of CM’s care management technology, Bolton Council has revealed some impressive improvements from the use of the scheduling and MaxCare optimisation tool. By efficiently scheduling their visits they have been able to provide services to more people.
Better use of capacity has enabled them to increase the number of visits by 13% per week. That’s allowed them to support 14% more Service Users every month.
With care and support services under increased pressure, these results confirm how technology can allow scarce resources to go further.
