ECM systems have been used to save money and improve quality within Domiciliary Care for over a decade. Gloucestershire is the first authority in the country to extend these benefits to services for people with disabilities, and last year the technology solution delivered Gloucestershire County Council a significant cashable saving of almost £1 million.
Now CM2000 are delighted to be hosting a webinar at 3pm on Wednesday 24th May with Chris Haynes (joint commissioning for Learning Disabilities at Gloucestershire County Council) to share their success story.
Chris believes ECM has allowed the Council to bring quality into the value for money equation. The increased visibility of actual service delivery has helped with everything from ensuring the right balance of one-to-one and shared care, to ensuring action can be taken in real-time when critical medication is delayed.
