£1 million savings for Gloucestershire’s Learning Disability Service using CallConfirmLive!

Electronic Care Monitoring (ECM) systems have been used to save money and improve quality within domiciliary care for over a decade. Gloucestershire is the first authority in the country to extend these benefits to services for people with disabilities.   

CallConfirmLive! now delivers both significant cashable savings of up to £1 million per annum by paying Providers for the actual support delivered, and also ensures that Clients are getting the right care at the right time by a consistent Support Worker.  

The solution can monitor a range of different support types, including one-to-one support, shared support and waking nights. This brings new levels of transparency and reassurance. It also allows staff to spend more of their valuable time delivering support to Clients rather than filling out timesheets and forms.  With Council budgets under continued pressure this is a tried and tested way for Supported Living Services to deliver savings whilst evidencing service quality.
