New User Training

Who should attend:

The new user training is for those completely new to CallConfirmLive! who are looking for an in-depth overview of the system.

What will be covered:

  • Call demonstration

  • Introduction to reconciliation

  • Extra system features

Advanced User Training

Who should attend:

The sessions are a great opportunity for existing users, from administrators to managers, to gain up-to-date knowledge of CallConfirmLive!, learn how to optimise the systems facilities, and address specific user issues.

What will be covered:

  • Scheduling links with CM2000,
  • Reconciling for invoicing and payroll
  • Examining Care Worker practice,
  • Maximising CallConfirmLive! features,
  • Extra system facilities,
  • New features and development

Scheduling User Training (9:30am -16:30am)

Who should attend:

The session is aimed at those who want to get an overview of the whole scheduling process.

What will be covered:

  • Adding Care plans
  • Active Rostering
  • Producing a Rota
  • Adding Care Worker Availability
  • Adding Client/Care Worker details
  • Producing Reports
