Advanced User Training
Who should attend:
The sessions are a great opportunity for existing users, from
administrators to managers, to gain up-to-date knowledge of
CallConfirmLive!, learn how to optimise the systems facilities, and
address specific user issues.
What will be covered:
- Scheduling links with CM2000,
- Reconciling for invoicing and payroll
- Examining Care Worker practice,
- Maximising CallConfirmLive! features,
- Extra system facilities,
- New features and development
Scheduling User Training (9:30am -16:30am)
Who should attend:
The session is aimed at those who want to get an overview of the
whole scheduling process.
What will be covered:
- Adding Care plans
- Active Rostering
- Producing a Rota
- Adding Care Worker Availability
- Adding Client/Care Worker details
- Producing Reports
