Support
We operate a Helpdesk which deals with all
support queries. Our Helpdesk staff are friendly and knowledgeable,
and the majority of requests are dealt with swiftly. If they are
unable to resolve the issue, an escalation procedure will then pass
the issue over to a Technical Specialist, who may, if necessary,
enlist the support of our Technical Director.
Our customer support team are driven by the following
objectives:

Help desk telephone support provision is available between the
hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday (Public Holidays
excepted), and we guarantee a response within 4 hours during these
times.
