Training
CM2000 recommend that as part of the
implementation process, some training needs analysis should be
undertaken. This analysis will then be incorporated in to a
training plan that would cover what, where and when training should
be deployed.
The training delivered by CM2000 is cascade driven, allowing
customers to train their own staff, with the objective that
customers become self sufficient in fulfilling long-term training
needs.
The implementation and support team will work closely with you
to ensure all users of the system have the skills and knowledge
they need to work effectively. Our courses include:
Train the
Trainer
A one day training course based on the needs of the Care Worker
trainer, to enable you to carry out Care Worker training
effectively.
Administrator Training
Based on the needs and requirements of the Homecare officers who
administer the system on a daily basis, this is a one day course
for a maximum of 4 people.
Advanced Training
A course for those officers with system administration privileges
who manage the system and produce management information. A one day
course for a maximum of 4 people.
CM2000's support function will work in unison with your
appointed trainer to provide backup and support. CM2000 will also
ensure direct involvement from at least one member of the support
team at the training stage of the implementation project.
