Project Management
CM2000 provide customers with a dedicated
PRINCE II qualified Project Manager throughout the entire life
cycle of system implementation. The Prince2 methodology, briefly
described below, ensures the implementation timescales are met for
each phase of this project.
Typically the process will begin with a pre-implementation
meeting with the customer to identify objectives. Once objectives
have been identified, a Project Initiation Document (PID) will be
drawn up to cover the scope, timescales, budget, risk and
communication issues. Once the PID is signed off, each element of
the project will be delivered using stage management, until all
elements have been completed and delivered.
The PID would identify the project team's roles and
responsibility for both supplier and customer. CM2000 also supply a
detailed implementation plan once the PID has been agreed. The
implementation plan is then reviewed at regular project management
meetings during the course of an implementation project.
CM2000 ensures the continued smooth running of CallConfirmLive!
post-implementation, through regular account management meetings
(the frequency of which will depend on the needs of the customer
and any issues that arise). CM2000 also organise regular customer
user forums during the course of a contract in order to encourage
feedback on service levels and system performance and to ensure the
system is continually developed to meet customer needs.
The CM2000 Project Management Team has completed over 18 local
authority projects and numerous independent Provider
implementations. Several of the local authority projects have
involved complex integration with existing client index systems,
including Anite SWIFT.
