  • Automatic 'best match' of Care Worker to Service User based on a comprehensive range of criteria including: geographical location, skills/training/qualifications, availability, continuity of care, gender match, contractual capacity
  • Storage and maintenance of comprehensive Service User and Care Worker records
  • Management and coordination of planned visits for Service Users (using full drag and drop functionality on daily and weekly planer screens)
  • Advanced postcode-based mapping for calculating travel between visits
  • Allocation of visits on a permanent basis to a team or individual Care Worker based on a rolling shift pattern
  • Alerts for double booking of Care Workers, booking of absent Care Workers
  • Management of Care Worker expenses and 'non-contact' Care Worker activities (e.g. training, assessment)
  • Creation of care pattern templates for each Service User, to facilitate events such as change of Care Worker, alteration of times etc
