a number of parameters including their availability, location,
skill set and Service User needs.
Drag and drop functionality makes visit allocation easy and a
fully integrated mapping function allows planning and calculating
of travel time and mileage. By using the system's planning and
visit screens the user can see Care Worker availability and
schedule visits. The system shows how the service is performing in
real-time and allows immediate action to be taken to reschedule
visits if care starts to be delivered late or visits are
missed.
