  • capture visit / incident notes and photos

Advanced RFID

Our RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Tag and mobile phone provide a quick and easy 'touch and go' electronic monitoring solution. 

 

How it works

A self adhesive tag is fixed inside a service user's home. When the Care Worker pays a visit they pass the mobile phone over the tag on entering and leaving to record the date, time and duration of attendance.

The system can also display a fully customisable menu option on the phone to enable the Care Worker to record information about the care delivered such as waking and dressing the service user, preparing a meal or bathing. The tags are also fully configurable. For example, a different set of menu options are available depending on the type of service user receiving care i.e. an older person, disabled person or child.

 

QR Code

How it Works

Each Service User is issued with a unique QR code. A Care Worker visiting the Service User will have our MWMS Symbian application installed on their camera enabled mobile phone, allowing them to log their visit by photographing the QR Code.

The date / time / Care Worker and Service User's details are automatically sent back to CallConfirmLive! in real time. The QR Code option is also able to provide additional visit monitoring functionality, including task recording.
