Implementation & Training
CM2000 provides customers with a dedicated
PRINCE II qualified project manager and trainer throughout the
implementation process.
A Project Initiation Document is drawn up to cover scope,
timescales, budget, risk and communication issues so everyone
involved is clear about what has to be achieved and can benchmark
progress.
CM2000 provides onsite training to fully support the
implementation process. Training is delivered on a
train-the-trainer basis allowing customers to cascade training down
through the organisation and become self-sufficient in fulfilling
long-term training needs. Courses are designed to ensure all users
of the system have the skills and knowledge they need to work
effectively.
Once the system has gone live the CM2000 trainer will return to
give more advanced training to 'super users' who will be
reconciling data and producing reports.
Bespoke training can be purchased as needed. In addition CM2000
runs regular New User and Advanced User training at the company's
offices in Sutton Coldfield. To discuss and arrange training call
