Mobile Phone and RFID Tag
CM2000 provide an RFID (Radio Frequency
Identification) Tag and mobile phone based electronic monitoring
solution designed specifically for the Care Home environment. The
solution can also be used effectively where a loan worker such as a
security guard makes regular visits to a number of premises.
A self adhesive tag is fixed inside a residents room or flat.
When the Care Worker pays a visit they pass the mobile phone over
the tag on entering and leaving the residents accommodation to
record the date, time and duration of attendance.
The system can also display a fully customisable menu option on
the phone to enable the Care Worker to record information about the
care delivered such as waking and dressing the resident, preparing
a meal for the resident or bathing the resident. The tags are also
fully configurable. For example, a different set of menu options
are available depending on the type of resident receiving care i.e.
an older person, disabled person or child.
CM2000's RFID monitoring solution displays the information
logged through its tried and tested CallConfirmLive! User Interface
providing a comprehensive range of analysis and reporting. The data
can be used to provide proof of care and to invoice for care
delivered if required.
