Box 10 Technology

In normal circumstances CallConfirmLive! uses the CLI of the Service Users Landline Telephone to validate the location of care delivery. Where there is no Landline Telephone available or further confirmation of the Service Users presence is required CM2000 offers customers CM2000 'Box 10 Technology'.

In this instance, the service user is in possession of a small device that they keep in their home, which at the press of a button generates a unique date and time stamped code identifying them. This code is then entered when prompted by the Care Worker through the 'answered Call-back' menu from the Care Workers mobile phone.
