CallConfirmLive! CheckCall is an automated,
personalised telephone call which allows Councils to check the
status of Service Users quickly and efficiently.
The time and frequency of CheckCall is fully configurable and
after hearing a short message the Service User confirms they are
okay. Real-time data is recorded on CallConfirmLive! so if a
Service User fails to answer the call, or press a key to confirm
they received the call, a ClientSafe alert is raised enabling
Council staff to take appropriate action.
