Alerts
CallConfirmLive! offers users a sophisticated
alert system that gives early warning to managers of potential
issues. Alerts can be raised via telephone, mobile, SMS text
message or email, and can also be configured to popup on-screen
during office hours. The system is capable of sending multiple
alerts via multiple methods and to multiple recipients if desired.
Alternatively the system can cascade the alert if the first
recipient is unavailable.
The system features four types of fully customisable
alerts.
ClientSafe Alerts
ClientSafe Alerts are used where the client could be at risk if the
visit is not made at the scheduled time. The alert is triggered if
a care worker has not arrived at the client's home after a
pre-determined period (e.g. 15 minutes). The alert threshold can be
configured by client or individual visit.
StaffSafe Alerts
StaffSafe Alerts are used where the care worker is potentially at
risk from the client. The alert is triggered if the care worker has
remained at the visit for longer than a pre-determined period (e.g.
scheduled time plus 30 minutes).
Home Safe Alerts
Home Safe Alerts are used to ensure a Care Workers safe
return at the end of a shift. The Care Worker logs the start and
end time of their shift from their home telephone. If the Care
Worker does not log the end time of the shift within a predefined
time an alert is generated. The alert will contain details of the
Care Worker's last location and time they last logged a visit on
the system.
Panic Alert
The Panic Alert is provided to give care workers a quick, discreet
way of summoning help. It is a dedicated number that can be
programmed into care worker's mobile phones as a Speed-Dial. Should
the care worker need assistance, they simply dial the number and
let it ring twice. An automated call is immediately raised to their
on-call staff who can respond as appropriate.
