Q.Is your website accessible to the visually disabled?

Yes, the CM2000 website has been designed to pass the W3C Standard for accessibility.

Q.Does Call Confirm Live! interface with my scheduling system?

Yes! Please see our partners page for a list of the systems with proven interfaces.

Q.Are any cost incurred to the service user?

No charges are incurred by the Service User or Care Worker when using CM2000's standard unanswered landline telephone based monitoring system AURA (Advanced Unanswered Ring-back Application).  The system uses 0800 telephone numbers and in addition to this the phone call the Care Worker makes never connects. If further information needs to be logged by a Care Worker, the system calls back on the Service User's land line, so the charges for the call are billed to CM2000. CM2000 offer an unconditional guarantee on call charges. If any charges are incurred by a Service User, CM2000 will refund double the amount to the Service User (This policy has never been actioned).

Q.What happens if the Service User does not have a phone or refuses usage of the phone?

If this occurs there are alternative methods of logging the visit. The visit can be logged remotely by the Care Worker using their mobile or any other phone (in this instance the system calls the Care Worker back allowing the call to be logged via the 'answered call-back menu). In this situation the Care Worker must identify the Service User with their unique PIN number.),  the office can log the visit through the software.

Q.How are double ups logged?

As each Care Worker has a unique individual 0800 number they will both log in separately.  The system will be able to identify each Care Worker from their login and identify the duration spent at the call.

Q.What happens if a service user is listed as x directory or does not broadcast Caller Line Identification (CLI)?

They system intelligently identifies that no CLI can be received from the login and answers the phone telling the Care Worker to redial with the prefix 1470 (eg 1470 0800 916 2000).  This temporarily enables CLI and the Service User will then be identified by the system in the standard way.

Q.How is it possible for CM2000 to identify the care worker, service user and time/date?

CM2000 identify the Care Worker by their unique 0800 number, the Service User is identified by their home telephone number through CLI. The time of the call is calculated to the second using the timestamp on our servers.

Q.Can a call log details other than time and attendance?

Yes. If there is a requirement to record additional data such as tasks or the condition of a Service User, CM2000 will use the Answered Call-back functionality and request the input of additional information from the Care Worker. This is done using the keypad on the Service User's telephone.

Q.Can CallConfirmLive be used to communicate with Care Workers.

CM2000's system has the ability to deliver voicemails to individual Care Workers, teams of Care Workers or the entire care staff. These messages are retrieved by the Care Worker when they enter or leave a Service Users home.  Confirmation that the Care Worker has listened to the message is also available via the system.

CallConfirmLIve! can also send SMS text messages through the Care Worker screen to individual or multiple Care Workers. Text messages can also have delivery reports attached. Internally, through the use of the Client Observations tab, tasks can be set for users of the system.

Q.Can CM2000 calculate payroll and invoices?

If payroll or invoice reports are required, CM2000 will be able to copy the organisation's business rules and provide reports accordingly.

Q.What reports are available as standard?

CM2000 have over 60 standard reports available. If you would like a detailed listing please contact the sales team.

Q.Are bespoke reports available and what costs are involved?

CM2000 can report on and perform calculations on any information held within CallConfirmLive!. Any report specific to an organisation is chargeable and is a one-off cost.

Q.How does CM2000 help with Lone Worker Safety?

StaffSafeAlarm - If a Care Worker is in a visit with a Service user who has challenging behaviour this alarm can be set.  If the Care Worker does not log out after a certain time an alert will be raised.

HomeSafe - Care Workers can log in from home when they start their shift and log out when they have ended their shift.  If they do not log out an alert is raised.

PanicAlert - A pre-defined speed dial number which will raise an alert indicating the Care Workers last location and their next proposed location.

Q.How will CM2000 improve administration and reduce paper work?

As CM2000 provides validation the visit took place there is no requirement for a paper timesheet to be signed by the Service User.  Payroll and Invoicing can be done through the system negating the need for manual processes.

Q.What features are available for Critical Visits?

CM2000 offers real-time alerts. An alert can be raised if the Care Worker has not turned up within a set period of time. The alert can be delivered via email, telephone, SMS text message and through the software. A cascade can be programmed for alerts, which always ensures someone has received the alert.

Q.How can I arrange a demonstration with CM2000?

To arrange a demonstration with CM2000 either call 0121 303 3010, email or fill out the form on our website.

Q.Can CM2000 integrate with my existing scheduling system (and other back office systems)?

Yes! Please see our partner's page for a list of the systems with proven interfaces.  If your system is not there please contact us and we will look into integrating the systems. Alternatively CallConfirmLive! has a low cost, fully integrated scheduling module which is available to all monitoring customers.

Q.Other than telephone monitoring what other methods can CM2000 offer?

CM2000 currently offer:

'Touch and Go' RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based monitoring. This uses an RFID tag placed in the Service Users home and an NFC enabled mobile phone, which is used to swipe the tag on entering and leaving in order to record start, end and duration of visit.

A digital pen solution that allows the user to complete forms such as Care Assessments and have them electronically transferred into the office.

A box 10 solution where a piece of hardware is placed in the Service User's home that generates a random 8 digit number every 5 minutes. The Care Worker can text this number to CM2000 using a free-2-text number. The CM2000 system will then decipher who the box belongs to.

Q.Can monitoring apply for residential homes and extra care housing?

Touch and Go' RFID has been designed specifically for the Care Home and Extra Care environment. On entering and leaving the residents room or flat, the care worker passes their NFC enabled mobile phone over the RFID tag to automatically record the date, time and duration of attendance.
