If you are receiving care, or trusting others
to provide care for a loved one, you want the reassurance that
everything is running smoothly.
CallConfirmLive! electronic monitoring allows for transparency
of care delivery and offers optional services to enable you to
access data to ensure the actual care provided matches what was
expected.
Depending which of our monitoring solutions are being used, it
is likely that when the Care Worker arrives and leaves they will
make a quick freephone call to the CallConfirmLive! processing
centre. This is a free call and will never cost you anything.
If your care is being arranged by the Council or a Provider they
can use the ClientSafe feature to alert them if a visit has been
missed or is running late.
Our Service User Portal is an innovative online service, easily
accessible from any pc, laptop or windows mobile device with
internet access. The Portal provides real-time information about
planned, current and completed home care visits.
