CM2000 in conjunction with the London Borough of Havering were proud to present at the 'Transforming Social Care through ICT' conference on the 7^th December 2009.

The speaker, Rachael Boston (former employee of the Transformation Team at the London Borough of Havering) explained how using an end-to-end ICT solution, supplied by CM2000, integrated the Councils' systems, improved budget management, automated payments to improve provider cash flow, automated data mining to improve quality of service concerns and tackled budget pressures while focusing resources on front line delivery rather than back office functions.

CM2000 received the highest delegate score rating compared with the other event speakers.
