CM2000 was proud to present Leisa Wood of Cross Roads Care
Oxfordshire with the Care Worker of the Month Award for
October.
The presentation took place at Cross Roads office's where the
award was presented by CM2000's Simon Rider.
Leisa achieved an overall score of 99.38% across the 5
categories of visit data that was analysed for the Month of
October.
Yvonne Goodwin, Crossroads Registered Manager said:
"Leisa Wood has been with Cross Roads Care Oxfordshire for over
5 years and is a much valued and well-liked member of the team.
Working with a wide range of Service Users, Leisa has achieved her
NVQ Level 2 and has undertaken training in areas such as palliative
care and food hygiene. Leisa is always punctual, and this is
reflected in her exceptionally accurate CM2000 log-ins. Cross Roads
Care Oxfordshire is very proud of her being awarded Employee of the
Month by CM2000".
