Version 2 of the ESPO Framework User Guide is now available. The new guide includes updated supplier profiles and revised guidance on the benefits and use of the framework.

Most notable is the inclusion of provision for Councils who know which system best suites their requirements to contract with their preferred supplier without any further tendering exercise.
