CM2000 attended the launch of a new tool from iESE and ADASS
designed to help social care professionals.
Social Care Efficiency Network (SCENE) is an interactive tool
which gives guidance on delivery of an efficient social care
service through use of a framework, metrics and case studies.
The website, developed by iESE in collaboration with ADASS and
SCIE, includes case studies of cutting edge efficiency-related
developments in Adults and Children's Services, and access to the
national costing tool - The Care Funding Calculator.
