Many of our customers will remember that in
October 2007 CM2000 reached a major milestone by logging the 50
Millionth AURA call on CallConfirmLive! To celebrate this
achievement CM2000 presented a brand new Ford Ka to Denise Fuller a
care worker, employed by Seva Care, Hounslow, who made that 50
Millionth Call.
Over the past two years the number of Councils and independent
providers using the system has grown significantly with 10 new
Council customers this year alone. As a result, just two years on
we are rapidly approaching the 100 Millionth Call which, based on
current call volumes is due to be logged in the next few weeks.
To celebrate reaching the 100th million call in our
10th anniversary year, CM2000 will be providing a
luxury two week Christmas cruise to the Caribbean for
two people on board the Cunard flagship Queen Mary 2
to the care worker who logs the 100 millionth AURA¹ call. Flight
transfers are included to embark on the cruise from New York on
20th December and return to the UK on the 4th
January.
In addition to the 100th Million Call Competition, CM2000 will
be launching a new Care Worker Incentive Scheme from the beginning
of November to run alongside the existing Care Worker of the Month
and Care Provider of the Year schemes. The new scheme will again
encourage Care Worker use of AURA call logging. Under the new
scheme the care worker that logs each additional 1 millionth call
will receive a £100 instant cash prize.
