The Care Act has set new duties for Councils to achieve quality-assured, sustainable, diverse care and support markets that meet the needs of local people. CM2000 is able to help Councils meet their duties under this act with our Provider Assessment & Market Management Solution (PAMMS).
PAMMS developed in conjunction with ADASS East, brings together quality assessment data with information from other sources to help identify risks and ultimately deliver a single real-time view of regional care provision, quality and capacity across regulated and non-regulated services.
The development of PAMMS is already transforming ADASS East’s approach to assessment and market managing helping them bring together data from the CQC, the 11 regional Councils within ADASS East, 2000 Providers and 20,000 Service Users.
PAMMS is fully customisable and will work with all existing Council IT solutions. In addition, where CM2000’s CallConfirmLive! is used the data can be supplemented with quality indicators captured from real-time service delivery monitoring such as reliability, continuity, timeliness, commissioning trends (including visit duration) and actual budget spend activity vs. commissioned.
For further information on the contribution PAMMS can make to managing care and support services call 0121 308 3010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
“PAMMS will help us produce ‘real time’ data on trends, deliver genuine benchmarking as well as monitor our services more effectively in the support of better commissioning and market oversight.
